    password bypass

    I receive many wholesale Ricoh 3235c, 3245c etc...I have this 3245c that I cannot get through the password screen, I even tried the username (administrator) and no password, and the (supervisor) and then the admin password....nothing! any help out there?

    If the login with 'supervisor'/password >blank< doesn't work, then you will need to replace the NVRAM. The default on initial setup of Administrator Management is "admin" as login and no password. Logging in as "supervisor" only gives you the ability to reset the Administrators and nothing else. Hence, if someone has changed the default "supervisor" to an unknown, there is no other backdoor.

    Cripes, you're right ucinn. I guess I was thinking of the 45cpm b/w device. Copier1, ignore my advice and follow ucinn's.
