Check you're fuser sep fingers. I've had several of this engine type need the sep fingers cleaned or replaced due to noise.

I've chased that mouse before too.

Also check the fuser pressure roller bushings, when these start to wear you'll get a squeak, id replace them before lubing them. I've also found a similar noise being made by the toner hopper binding up as the bottle turns.

    Hi.

I've had similar issues on the Russian models and found it to be toner etc in the transfer roller bushings, could be worth a shout on the model

heat roller claws... toner build-up causing sticking/singing... I've substituted a slightly stronger spring with good results.

    One other thing.

I've seen a machine which "screeched" constantly and it was caused by the main drive gears. Remove the rear cover and loosen the screws on the main motor PCB one at a time, see if the noise reduces. We changed the motor and greased the gears with no effect so I simply left one screw slightly loose and the machine is (almost) silent. Otherwise, if this is the problem, it's a new set of gears. It could also be that the mounting frame for the gears is warped.

You can confirm by running the main motor in 5-804.
