Aficio 3235C Replace Toner

Customer replaced toner cartridge with a new one (OEM) but the machine still says Replace Toner. Cleaned contacts, inspected dev unit, forced toner replenishment, and got the machine up and running but a few hours later the customer called back for the same message, " Replace Toner ".
Any help will be appreciated!

Could be a blocked toner supply tube or a failed toner pump.
