Guys,i have got a ricoh 2022 ,everytime i pu a new PCU( type 1027),after btwn 5k-10k copies the drum gets worn out ie dots on copies like it has done its life timewhich is between 60k-90k copies,

I usually get life out of these drums. Are they using generic toner?
If you use the original toner, these PCU's run way beyond 60k.
Dots can also mean a lack of circulation in the drum area, causing arcning. Make sure fans and filters are clean.
You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.
