    CS555 No Printer/scanner option

Hi guys, Great forum by the way!

I have just been onto one of my clients site and they have purchased a few Nasuatec CS555 machines they work really well and I have set them up on the network etc but one of them doesn't seem to have a printer or scanner option it appears to only function as a standalone copier.

Can I add the printer/scanner function to this machine? I'm assuming it is a firmware issue or a licensing thing like on a sharp MFP?

    Thanks in advance

    Tim

It comes standard, AFAIK. Are the function buttons installed? Is the SD card installed? Is it a used machine?

ahha, the machines that work have an extra SD card, can I literally just copy the content of the card to a new card or is it a tad more involved? I'd like to be able to sort it myself and sadly Ricoh have no interest in supporting this machine anyway

A tad, yes. You may be able to order the card or get one from a dealer who is junking a machine.

It is a Type 3260 Print scan and goes into slot 2 (middle)
