    Hi there!
First, check if the paper is the right direction in the cassetes.
Second, remove the cover of the ADU and check the clutch.
    Greetings...

You cleaned the rollers in the duplex? Checked for paper fragments in the connector?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

This model uses a a paper feed motor instead of clutches. Make sure your fuser components are fresh and no flat spots on the pressure roller.
    NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING

My bad. you're right. was thinking a generation back. In that case, make sure the paper feed stations have not been contaminated with leaking developer from bad seals on the development unit, and check the gears with one way bearings in the feed stations also.

Try changing the Duplex entrance sensor #AW010058. I had one where the duplex guides were shifting to SEF when I was running LEF paper. Not sure why the sensor effected it, but that's what fixed my problem.

Change the clutch located in duplex unit (AX20 0243 Magnetic Clutch -Model C1) with the gear AB01 1496 Gear - 32Z (Model C2),obviusly itīs only a gear without dc connector , leave it (the clutch connector ) alone...disconnected
