Simple, lubricate the bushings and if that doesn't help replace the transfer belt assy.

I never grease anything in the transfer unit. The toner will mix with the grease and give you nothing but problems. Take the unit apart, vacuum it clean, remove the belt and gears and clean all the shafts. You should probably change the belt and cleaning blade while you're at it. Inspect the gears for worn teeth and replace if bad. See if anything binding as you take it apart.

i remove transfer unit and transfer belt , Belf drive gear and opened set screw (2)
Lay on a flat, clean surface and fold the unit to release the tension on the belt
and remove Transfer belt after that clean all of parts inside and under the transfer belt specially Driven Roller - Transfer Unit(A232 3885) , Bias Roller(A232 3889) and
Drive Roller - Transfer Belt(A232 3894) and both Arm - Transfer Belt(black plastic with part number A232 3893)
    and the sound eliminated

Did you try lubing the transfer cleaning blade with toner? The sound could be the cleaning blade sticking to the transfer belt.

Re: transfer unit sounds loud noises(2035)

There is a small bracket that comes partially unstuck on the inside of the transfer unit causing it to rub and vibrate against the transfer belt.
(Sounds like a buckling type noise).
If you take the cleaning blade off it is located near the middle under the plastic lip.

*It can be hard to spot as it's normally covered in toner.
**This small bracket is not marked in the parts catalog or the service manual.
