Does anybody face this problem in Ricoh mp 5000 machine? When copying using platen glass the density is okey but in df it is very light. Provided that all the mirrors were very clean.

clean the ADF scan glass and the white plate
You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.
