scan to gmail from ricoh

I mainly use a gmail acct. I setup to convince customers that the copier's scan to email works fine when I get bogus smtp info.

I had trouble downloading the Site Certificate because it would not show up as in the last step shown in the instructions (thank you for those!) Do you have to be Ricoh tech for them to send it to you?

Never did try the SSL work around I ended up just using the IPS outgoing SMTP. I’m told it works on most IPS’s. Was a big load off my mind. Thanks for your help!
