Strange jamming at 3025

The black peper guide are ok, in the smc there are 414 jam on first upper relay sensor 7.504.003.
I've replaced the rising unit but the problem has returned after two days.
I do not know what to do.
I'm starting to think that maybe the problem is the Bicu.
What do you think?

Check and make sure that the rising unit plastic coupling hasn't cracked. Part # B029 2780.

this part number dosent come up are you sure this is the right part #. can you tell me where it is in the parts book?
