    Question Strange jamming at 3025

Hello guys and sorry for my bad english.
I opened this thread because I have a 3025 with a strange problem of jamming.
    We'll explain:
the problem occurs only on the second tray, but not always. Maybe jams do not occur for a whole week, instead of a few days very often. No matter how much paper there is in the tray.
The paper never comes to the registration roller, but it almost always jamming at the second transport roller vertical or shortly before.
The paper does not meet any obstacle as it has no scratches or marks.
In any case, I replaced the paper feed roller, the paper feed motor, the main spring, I also tried to replace the entire paper tray and I also cleaned the second sensor paper transport, and clean the paper transport rollers, and greased their bushings.
I was thinking of trying to replace the clutches of the feed roller and vertical transport.
    You have other suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.
    Bye bye.

Check and make sure that the rising unit plastic coupling hasn't cracked. Part # B029 2780.

I don't think it is right to say those words to our fellow technician. Why don't you give good ideas to help him instead of belittling comment.

Are you sure you are not asking for help from other technicians in your company when you have problem in the field??

How can he grow more if we are not going to teach him?

I would say that I learn a lot from this forum. I thank those guys who share their ideas and insights about printers/copiers.

Sharpmind, Did you not read my post, NO OFFENCE!! But im not going to start a argument online cause i will win anyway. Just remember that all that use this site are not techs and are just cheap skates who try and get info to fix their copiers and and end up causing more damage and when a tech is called out has to retrace the unknown. Mate if i had a tech come and ask me this i would get them to read the manual in detailed descriptions to see how the mach works. Obviously this tech has not even done that. As for me i do ask questions and most times even tech support cant even answer them. But hey like i said No offence. If your offended then maybe you should not read my post.
