No Cyan Ricoh 2232c

Can anyone help I have a Ricoh 2232c which has stopped printing cyan. If I do a test pattern using the printer sp the cyan works and also if I copy anything with cyan in it it copies but it will not print anything from the computer that has cyan it it?

Drum and developer units changed and toner full.

Any help appreciated.
