SR5000 corner staple problem

Have a C900 that won't jog properly when corner stapling. Same finisher is on a 1357 and 1107 (in the same room), with no issues. Came up with a field fix - would love to hear any feedback (including whether I missed something obvious that would've fixed this). Should be a pdf attached.

Investigate the joggers itself (Pos.: 16 & 18), they tend to get incisions from the Paper, if they are deep enough, they work like pincers then and randomly pull sheets out of alignment

okay, i mismatched the sorter types, so it seems..

I assume, that you already interchanged the sorters, so that we can be sure, that the problem is only this sorter?

Very good suggestion but, as these have plockmatic finishers attached, the disruption for the customer makes this impractical. If this field fix doesn't hold up long term, I'll definitely go that route.
