Can't find part number

We have a customer that broke the interlock actuator off of the duplex assembly. It is part of the front inside cover of the duplex assembly. It sticks through the side cover of the copier and actuates a linkage in the machine. We cannot find a part number. It is one of the duplex covers. Any help would be appreciated.

Whats the make and model?

I checked several models and most are labeled as 'front inner cover - dup' and is found in Duplex Section 1. The MP4000/5000 = D0094354 / MPC3500/4500 = B2234534 / MPC2500 = B2384846. Let us know if one of these is not it and you still can't find it.

It would help massively if you'd mentioned which machine you are talking about.... but.....

I'm going to have a wild stab in the dark and guess you are talking about an MP3350/MP3351 Russian C5 type machine as I have had the part you mentioned break on that machine a few times.

Part number D369-4664 if it's the front (that's the one I have had break the most and the one I carry), it's not in the main parts catalogue, there is actually a separate one for the duplex unit (weird as I have never seen one of these without a duplex unit!)

I was in too big of a hurry. The machine is an MP3350. Thanks Roger
