    Hi
I am assuming that you are not printing on thick paper with normal setting. normally ghosting is caused by fuser not fusing properly but in your case it cutting the prints also so i will say it's transfer unit. if it has done lot then whole unit needs replacement. I had same problem. I serviced the tx unit and replaced belt and blade but didn't help. finally replaced the whole tx unit and that fixed it. I had tried fuser before touching tx unit.

Could be the Transfer Belt Cleaning Unit or the Fusing Unit. Could also be a bad PCU-Unit. PCU's and DV-Units last for 60k, might be worth checking.
