    your problem was on the firmware, you must upgrade the firmware Ricoh japan had announce this problem. there are some bugs on the software . pls let me know your machine firrmware version

    The Part # for the two Sensors are GW020020, Replace the +24V fuse on the PSU, Replace IOB Board

    The correct partno. for the sensors is AW02 0190 (RTB 12a, the width of the sensor has been changed, and the new sensor will not come off easily)

    It's been a couple years, but wasn't there a bulletin on this problem and it turned out to be the two sensors aw02 0020 ( modded to aw02 0190) the flag on the ferrite roller would knock them out of position.....
    God, some of you guys seem to have a fascination with swapping out boards at the drop of a hat....

    I'm chasing this same problem, motor checks out , both sensors read correctly, no binding in fuser

    If machine equipped with finisher, check Left & Right Guide Switch in Bridge Unit.
