    Ricoh Aficio 2035

Customer has a Ricoh Aficio 2035 that is set up for printing but they also want it to scan. I was wondering if anyone can give me step by step instructions on how to set up the scanning feature on this copier, whether I have the CD-ROM or not. Any help appreciated, thank you.

You can TWAIN scan, just load the driver on the computer and add a TWAIN compliant program to scan with such as Document Binder and Bobs your uncle. Easy as Pie.
You can scan to email, harder to setup but possible in most cases.
You can scan to ScanRouter (ugh) set up a separate scan server with the software and prepare for service.

No scan to folder on this old dog.

Jo's right on as always with this one... The 2045 was the last Ricoh model without Samba so it can't natively scan to folder. The 2045e was the first in this family with folder scan capability.

Depending on what the customer's current OS is in their network, TWAIN may have a hard time working. Scan to email may be your best bet on this one.

Right I think there is no 64 bit twain or scanrouter for that matter. for email, just do a search on the site and you'll find plenty of material.
