    MPC 6501 SC446

    HI

    I have a that make SC446 .
    I have a photocopier MPc6501 which makes me a code sc446 intermittant.
I changed the sensor position CTI ( AW010045).It's not due to toner projection.
    Somebody has t-il an idea.

agree, I have had this on 3 machines this model in the last two weeks, they like to dust a lot and the sensors on the back of the ITB get dirty, they also throw a 445 code when this happens to. If i remember our ricoh trainer had made a comment about the dusting on the LD365c and the DSC460 models and they was some steps you could do to try and help with the issue not sure if they have it in the TSB's or not.

    Re: MPC 6501 SC446

    Hello Guys,

Am having a newly installed pro c5100s which has just made total of 1205 prints showing sc 446-03.
Every stuff inside is neat and I have checked virtually every dam thing mentioned in the service manual (encoder sensors and the rest)
Can someone profer any possible solution to this embarassing situation please. Am just in a fix.

    Ben
