Installed new OEM blk toner but still states no toner. Also, prints very light when it does print; then pops back message no toner. Sometimes pops-up SC 386 message as well.
Any thoughts or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Could be worn black Dev unit ... possibly the transfer belt backup lever pointing to 10 o'clock instead of 2 o'clock ( seen that a few times) are you a tec. Or user?
Besides a bad DV-Unit, the Development Clutch can also be defective.
Thank you for the responses. I am a user. I reset the Dev Unit and received the same print outs. I have scanned the original and the copy. Let me know if this looks like it is a Dev Unit issue.

I do not know. It was printing great, showing 2/5 toner in the middle of a 600 page print job, then showed out of toner (even though it had toner). After which, replaced with a new OEM toner and started having this issue.
Would you recommend replacing the developer drive clutch along with the Dev unit at the same time or wait to see if it truly needs to be replaced?
Thank you, JP
That's entirely up to you, it could be that a gear in the dev unit went bad or an auger broke. You'll know within 5000 copies of replacing the dev unit if the clutch is bad. Usually when the clutch goes bad you will have void areas in a diagonal criss cross across your page first before it gets that bad.
