Replace it. Some people have had luck with a few drops of lubricant, but that's such a fast moving part that the most effective way I've seen of fixing the issue is to just replace the motor.
Indeed, for the price of them just replace it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

- I Agree I have tried to put try flow on the shaft it seams to work for a while but a few weeks go by and your back to replace it.

replacing is indeed the better option - or give your salesman a hint that this might be a good opportunity to sell something new (maybe the machine is close to it's PM, too). Drop me a message if you need a parts number.
