whilst i appreciate that differing parts of the world each have their own unique power systems , i find it odd that a worldwide company like Ricoh finds it difficult to offer all pertinent info across the board for techs, in europe we have Tessa, in the Americas they operate with a different platform , this is effectively a duplication of effort and those people that could be freed up by streamlining could be tasked with delivering more constuctive solutions to modern problems that will arise as the complexity of new products grows.

As an independant service tech in this bisness for 42 years now I greatly appreciate things like the goose guide and any technical help I can get from here. I try to offer suggestions when I can but am no match to all of you factory trained techs. I need this site to be able to discuss things with real techs to helpe solve problems for my accounts. I have not said this before but thank you all for the information I am able to get here.
