Lanier 6745 no image after dev in

this is a old Lanier model 6745, no image shows when you make copies. I open the dev unit, see no developer in the chamber, I order the powder= OEM D4550/Toshiba 2550/4550??

After repl. the dev still no image, is there any control panel ajd have to do or have to repl drum at same time.

is it some trick on this old anatolge machine??

CHECK YOUR BIAS CONNECTOR(RED WIRE I THINK) AND ALSO CHECK THE DRUM GROUND......
