    Ricoh MP2500 printing slow

Customer complains that when a print command is given to print out of several drawers the machine is very slow.
Is this an adjustment, can you use your complete memory for printing usage or does it need an memory expansion, if possible.

    Thanks in advance

Complex documents can sometimes take a while to process - are we talking a lot of graphics as well, or just multiple tray calls? Have the customer print the doc from just one tray and see if it makes a difference.

Are the paper types and / or weights different? If that's the case, the machine may pause to check fuser temp (yes I know it's B/W)

Are some of the trays set to single side only? The machine will interleave as best it can, but may seem like it pauses to process a duplex / single sheet.

Customer says that when printing the same doc on just one tray it is much faster !
Non trays are set to single side only.
perhaps are the paper types and / or weights different and takes it a pause to check the fuser temp.

    I will check this next week . . .
