MP 3350SP fax forward to Email Issue

You might be forgetting to click OK after you select the receiver.

I don't suppose that this is the problem because when I try to set another destination the previous one is visible right next to the receiver button.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue. Everything set properly, I can scan to email to the destination I choose like normal but fax forward fails with e-1 "hang up or line failure"??

Haha...well he is actually only a few years younger than me, so I had higher expectations I suppose, but he apparently hates Ricoh, so I guess it's just Karma
