Paper height sensor Actuators have been broken off perhaps they sit above the paper stack
unusual for it to happen on both paper trays though if not that it could be the BCU board
You are sure its not saying Internal Tray is full instead?
I am sure, the actuators did not break or binding, they moved freely. The machine had going jamming problem they broke parts several places along paper paths, then suddenly the display black out, I replaced Power to fix it, but now I had tray 1,2 fault paper full, I also guessed a circuit board might go bad but I am not sure.
The actuators dont break completly...only a very small part of it.
Remove tray 1+2 and remove the actuator (its just clipped in) from tray two. Watch the side, where the actuator reach the sensor.
