    MP3350, SC 230

    Hi,

    i have a problem with a ricoh mp3350 ( SC230).
When i print from pc or e.g. the logging data list the maschine makes a sc230, after the first page has completly passed the registration sensor.
This happens at 9 from 10 attemps. While copying the SC comes irregular.
Replaced BCU, Laser-Unit, Controller Board. Firmeware is latest, Registration Sensor cleaned.
If the SC320 occures, the printet page look like this: IMG-20120713-00179.jpg

    Any Ideas?

Firstly, is it SC230 or SC320?

This is definitely laser-related. I'd wager, if you've replaced the entire laser unit already, that it's an I/O board fault. Check all of the connectors, meter the harnesses and, if you have one, try another board.

Its really SC 230. All connectors are double-checked...I suppose that the "new" Laser Unit / BCU are defective....
I don't see much other possibilities...

    Thanks so far
