Don't you think it would help if you told us what model of machine you are working on? We should have a special forum for those that don't provide any observations. Maybe the "Psychic Connection"? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

All A3 jobs or only on high coverage?
Looks like a "Damp paper" crease. Is the lead edge of that sheet slightly curved? Fuser entrance guides clean?
I'd also say that this looks paper-quality related but hard to tell giving the provided informations....
When using cheap paper, expect cheap results.
$2.00 more per case isn't going to break anyone.
Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
Can I also chip in by saying that whatever machine it is, and we still don't have any idea, is unsuitable for this sort of coverage?
I may have phrased that as a question, but it was rhetorical.
My guess is that it's an MPc2500. Place your bets....now!
It's not Kyocera Mita or Konica Minolta. And it's not keeping up with the black toner consumption. See how it starting to undertone in the black areas? =^..^=

Sorry to tell everyone that the machine is mpc3000
