Does this device the fax option and if so, when you select the fax function hard key does it say 'loading'? I had this issue before and I had to disconnect the fax board from the controller in able to access user tools. Once I reseated everything, it all went back to normal. Not sure if this is your issue, but worth a try.
Everything loads OK the fax works the scanning to email works its just the printer doesnt and I cant log in once user tools and counter is depressed .
Does the printer function load when you select the Printer key? If not, reseat the Printer sd card along with the controller board. Next step would probably be to memory clear the Printer application settings (not all) - SP5801-008.
login as admin and retry

Firstly, do you need administrator authentication turned on?
Secondly, what are the username and password that you're using?
Thirdly, can you log into the machine using the super special secret login and change the admin username and password?
Forthly, have you RTFM?
There, I'm all out of questions.
Sorry, I take back part of my previous comment.
