ha ha no probs, there was a bulletin on the old af model and there was a couple of sp adjustments on them for the same problem. if you still persist on crap toner adjust the silver plates on the stripper fingers but it does wear the fuser quicker than normal.

Might also be worth changing the PR and putting some grease on the bearing. Since your using crap toner is the any buid up of toner on the fusing entrance plate or exit guide, and what condition are all the pf rollers in and reg roller.

and verifying the ideal bushings pressure roll is not worn.
If the nails are not loose separation.
And if principaçmente toner and fuser roller are original Ricoh brand. Has some rollers genericos that have this problem.

Press roller bushings and seps. I've also doubled up the sep springs before but it reduces the life of the top roller. Try a ream of better quality paper aswell.

You can 'reform' the silver sep claw holders so the claws can't move away from the hot roller, you'll never get another fuser wrap. Not too much though or you'll wear the hot roller quicker.

I do that "mod" to every 1600/2000 fuser .....even if I'm there for any reason other than jamming.
If you do that mod you'll never see another fuser pawl pop out.
