    SC400 on mpc2051

    Hello guys,
    I have a mpc2051 that sometime indicates SC400.
The machine has a total of 110k, 10k colors referred to.
On this machine the problem has happened several times, and each time I have found that the shutter of itb which is located above the sensors id, in the inner part is dirty with toner.
The toner is 90% black, there are only very small machines of cyan and magenta (even if in reality they are almost invisible).
Cleaning the shutter and the edges of the holes of the same, through which, the sensor id make their reading, the problem is solved at the moment.
Based on what the machine is working, however, and after a couple of months the problem returns.
In late July, I replaced the ITB cleaning unit.
Yesterday, after two months, the problem has come back, and as a precaution I replaced the black pcu, even if there are no quality problems.
I tried to lightly beat the development unit but there has been no loss of toner.
I took a look inside the machine and I have not encountered any loss of toner.
Possible that the ITB cleaning unit is defective?
Do you have any idea for me?
    Thanks in advance.

On 110k the ITB cleaning unit needs replacing anyway. The Diana has always suffered from SC400, it's just one of those things these machines do. There's also a lot of threads regarding this:

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

In fact, the ITB cleaning unit I replaced it about 2 months ago.
I'll try to click on the link that I have posted.
    Thank you.

Check the mylar on the ITB cleaning unit blade isn't deformed, I've had to replace the unit early before due to this

At the next visit I check the Mylar.
But, ironically, it should also cause poor print quality?
I have the mpc2050 with 150k and more and the ITB cleaning unit I've never replaced as well as black pcu and I've never had the SC400.
During the surgery I took out all the group itb pcdu and all, but only the shutter was dirty.
Maybe BLAD is right when he says it could be the shutter to attract the toner for reasons grounded.
    What do you think?

When I encountered this problem, I did what you did, but I had to replace the ID sensor and ITB unit to get the problem to go away.
    Hope this helps...

But the entire itb unit or only the itb cleaning unit?
