I know the code says hard drive detection error 2
We replaced the print controller. Is there another harddrive on the copier?
help please

Hopefully you miss-typed the SC code, as a SC362 has nothing to do with the hard drive. There is a problem with the Cyan TD Sensor...
SC362 -- TD sensor (Vt high) error 1: C
- The Vt value of the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor exceeds the specified value (default: 4.7V) with SP3020-002 for twenty counts.
- The [Vt - Vtref] value of the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor exceeds the specified value (default: 5.0V) with SP3020-001.
--------------------------------
- Black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor disconnected
- Harness between TD sensor and PCU defective
- Defective TD sensor.
--------------------------------
- Check the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor connector and harness between the TD sensor and PCU for damage.
- Check the drawer connector.
- Replace the defective PCU.
There are a couple of things for the HDD, but even if it were a miss-type, there is no SC862 listed in the manual either...
The only things I can see would be:
822 - Self-diagnostic error: HDD (Hard Disk Drive)
860 - HDD: Initialization error
861 - HDD: Reboot error
863 - HDD: Read error
864 - HDD: CRC error
865 - HDD: Access error
There are a few other ones for the HDD, but nothing that I think would be significant.
