    SC 670 MP8001

    Hi guys,

    i need your input and help!

    the above MFP gives a silent sc670 whenever the copier is not operating or goes to energy saver,

    indicates restarting then the usual reboot process.i have updated both system/copy and engine firmware but the fault is re-occur rent,any fresh ideas would be very valuable,

    Re fit every connector on bicu/controller 1st see if that helps

    Yup I would backup the address book before start the SP5832-1. Also, 'lock print' jobs can cause this problem too. I would use SP5801-4 to free up the memory application in the machine.

    thanks for the response,did check the connectors,will see about the hard disk formatting and will let you know,
