What paper are you using? If a thick type make sure you are using the correct temperature settings. Also, check the fuser pressure roller, it may need replacing or it's levers may need adjusting.

(Better yet, what are the current PM counts?)

By the photos, it looks to me like the problem is in your fusing unit. Check the condition of the upper fusing roller. (Teflon coating is in good condition) Also make sure that you have good pressure between the 2 rollers. If you have a worn / broken bushing or bearing it can cause a loss of pressure between the 2 rollers giving you the same symptoms. Make sure the pressure springs are installed correctly and the pressure spring levers are in the correct position.

And the one and only thing you really shouldn't do is a NVRAM Clear!

Culd it be "for use" toner causing that mess...can you feel the texture of print under your fingers?
Make shure that image formation sections are in good shape before working on fusing unit.
Reseting collor machine is never a good idea...going back on initial values with reentering them from birth certificate may be a temporary solution...aside the fact that all other assemblys may cause even more mess.
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?

    No NV ram clear!

It is a fusing problem as stated above.

I have seen this problem with low end models. Looks exactly like fuser offset but is actually from the PCU. The models I had trouble actually had drum and hot roller diameters that were very close.

It helped me out. I replaced the fuser and it was fixed, thank you!
