    Thumbs up savin SDC 326 Casting Shadows...

    Working on a customers Savin SDC 326 It is casting a shadow on the copy...Thought it was developer..Wasen't changed all developer and toner...I'l post a couple pics below....Any Ideas????

    I'm not familar with this model but that looks like a cleaning brush marks in the first picture.
    Might need a new cleaning blade and cleaning brush (if they are a replaceable parts) .

    You might have something caught in the cleaning unit of the image transfer belt, probably not the drum or developers.

    The only shadow this unit should cast is it's own on a sunny day in the recycle yard !!!

    I've seen those kinds of markings on different models where the charge roller was improperly cleaned/contaminated.
