    MONTHLY max volumes Ricoh fleet

    Hi everyone,
Just curious if someone has details on how much MAX can each model print per month? I would appreciate if someone has some sort of a spreadsheet with as many models as possible.
    Thanks in advance!

I think the service manuals have this information in the detailed descriptions or specifications section.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Take those numbers with a grain of salt.

Your mileage WILL vary from what is published; there are simply too many variables to give any definitive numbers.

Where's Paul when you need him?

Ricoh's published maximum volumes are not entirely accurate in real-world conditions. It's almost a standing joke at our office now that a salesman will tend to halve what Ricoh quote as we engineers will call him a fool at the earliest opportunity. No engineer worth his salt would ever quote Ricoh's figures.

Obviously you have access to the manuals, being a Ricoh engineer?

I swear some machines exceed their real world usefullness when you print a monthly counter page

Print the SMC data for a warranty claim and that's it, game over.

Re: MONTHLY max volumes Ricoh fleet

Published target monthly volumes are only a guide. For instance the Ricoh color series 40-50 per min. are promoted way beyond the Product Support Guide volumes. On the other hand the 1515, 1013, 920 spf series are killer. We buy these used & been running upwards of 8000 per month @ medical ft. desks for many years. Compare these to the 2535, 4035 series that work flawlessly as long as you don't make copies

Each model has its quirks that aren't addressed in the PM schedule if your trying to maximize its performance. When you find a model that works well do all you can to saturate your machine population. It was a long & expensive road to dump all the 9935 & newer 35, 45 cpm machines.
