It's the same every time. The only thing missing here, is that he didn't say "urgent!".

Seems like so people think that Copytechnet is Merlin's Caldron, where you just say hocus pokus (and not even PLEASE!) and kapoof there is an instant fix; obviously because of all of our collective telepathic connections to the machine with the fault!
