The streaks shown are on an internal colour calibration page, so it's NOT only copy problem

Is this an original ACC page?! we must get to the bottom of this if so...replace all mirrors in scanner and user a scissor jack to adjust a twisted frame!

Temperature can cause these lines to appear and then vanish as the machine and surroundings warm up, I've have had it many times.
If you look on the SMC you'll find the drum units around or over their life. You can clean the Charge rollers if you have the old type drums in there, it's bit more of a ball ache to clean the modified drums. So I would suggest replacing the affected drums and hope for warmer weather.....

That's interesting... Has anyone else experienced this?

Also is there any place to get just the blades?

I'm not aware that you can get individual parts for these, you could try Katun. But if that's the route you are going down you're only making more problems for yourself. Bite the bullet and replace the unit with OEM parts, that'll make for an easier life for yourself
