    my company did get a katun kit with a drum and a blade in it but they were not worth a shit. 99% of the time its the charge rollers anyway

    had a similar problem ,and after reading all the post here, decided to clean all the charge rollers.Bingo it worked beautifully. I used Katun drum and blade they are not first rate but not all bad

    Take a look at the PM Counters. These PCU's last for 80k. Cleaning the Charge Rollers is a temporary measure.

    100% Charge rollers for me this.

    did the New PCU units sort the problem out?

    if so. rip apart the old units, and you should clearly see the charge roller lines. (you probs done this already).

    oh and dont forget the SC 3902 PCU resets lol.
