    3245C SC902

Hi, our 3245C copier is giving SC902 when I start it.

If I restart it, some time it does not give a code, but never become ready, actually I can scan but can't print anything, it stay in the "please wait" state forever. We can wait many hours and it never become ready, so we restart... and get back to the SC902.

I looked in the service manual, the only SC902 in the manual talk about fuse 94 of the PSU, I found it and it's no blown at all, none of the fuse are blown... and all the condenser look fine.

All the led on the BCU blink normally.

Also, when I get the SC902 code, the copier does a very loud "electric" noise, it's kinda buzzing, but it's not coming from the PSU, I can't locate the source of the noise, seem to come from deep inside the copier.

Anyone ever had that problem before??

    Thanks for the help

More test, I disconnected the HDD, no change, only difference is now I have a warning message that it can't load the contacts, but it still does the SC902 or the "please wait"

In the EU SC471 error shows if that fuse is blown instead of 901 so perhaps check the transfer unit home position sensor isn't dirty.
