    2238c sc440-01 k pcu

    Ok replaced k motor and k pcu and machine tried to load toner for a while then went back into sc440-01. Cleared code and same result.

    Any ideas?

    Try changing the black drum positioning sensor located on the main drive frame at the rear.

    Failing that manually rotate the k drive gear a little to see if it is moving freely without to much torque.
    If it does not then check out the waste toner coils, they have been known to seize up now and then on this model range.

    Ok, new drum we motor , runs for a bit then Seizes Again! Vacuumed out coils but they sound like they are clicking so may be broken. Any thoughts?
