Hi all...
Booth machines were installed in-line and worked a few weeks ago, yesterday after power up, MP9000 does not see BK5010, separately they work fine. What can cause this.....checked all cables and connections. Any experience?

This may sound like a stupid question, but in which order are you starting the installation up? Bk first and then MP or other way around?
AFAIK you start up the BK first and then the MP, that way it should see it as part of the startup (as it is not a Ricoh product as such, but made for Ricoh).
Press the GREEN button!!
Your interface cable that goes from the SR5000 to the booklet folder has crapped its self.
Quite a common thing, have replaced many of them before.
