    So you were using( I presume you are not a tech ) the printer and all of a sudden no printer appearing in any screen? No I think you just purchased this and you need a Fiery. Give us the full story, but get a trained tech.

    No, what you have in that image is no print function. You are going to need a qualified tech on site to correct that.

    watch out Dude.. I got blasted for tellin a newbie that posted in a thread older than this.. not same model and hadn't even READ the past posts and then replied in a lang (asian?) I couldn't understand and -=I=- was told I should use 'translate' (first post WAS in english_)

    I get tired of these tech wannabees who think all they need is a service mode to fix what most here have taken over 30 years to understand and do daily...I also feel a lot of these leechers just take and dont even say thank you afterwards.......
