    Ricoh Dsc432

    Hi everyone,when using full color mode,i get duplicate printing(photo attached) but when i uses single color mode(K,C,Y,M separately) it's ok
    Please adviced

    not sure what that model is but if its a ricoh, its probably fusing issue. try cleaning the thermistors and setting paper to thick 1, if it looks better its that the paper is too thick or fusing roller/unit needs replacement.

    This seems to be an Aficio 3232c

    I agree with the above statement about the paper type, and possibly a too low fusing temp.

    What paper type and grammage are you using?

    It's a model TH-C1/machine code B156/B220
    The paper type is A3 plain and grammage is 100

    If that tray has a medium thick or thick 1 setting it should help. Plain paper is around 82gsm if I remember right. It might be that in black and white mode you won't see the issue since its only one layer but in color although you can't really see it, it is using black and the three colors to print the black text making the toner density greater; 4 layers. This residual toner left on the rollers over time will accumulate on the thermistors causing further fusing temperature issues.
