Ok, machine just asked for toner and client installed and still says no toner black. I tore it apart cleaned all the tubes and watch it refill the tubes yet it still says no toner black.
Any ideas?

Very likely the toner pump is bad.
if the toner pump doesn't take care of the problem then try a toner nozzle, I had one that did that and tried two pumps before I found the problem.
Ok. Where does the machine generate the no black toner error from? From the developer unit or from the initial hopper feed by the cartridge?
thanks
Kelly
Okay, black toner pump did the trick. Actually easy fix once you narrow it down.
Part number is B223-3255
Same as an MPC2500 FYI:
Thanks for the tips everyone!

Yeah, the pumps for the mpc3500 fail occasionally, and the mpc5000 fail at least once in their life. And don't let the different part numbers fool you: each color of pump is the same, they just have different length hoses.
Try to clean (or it could be broken, so in that case replace) the "Toner End Sensor" (AW02-0185). Its the sensor that measures if there is toner coming out of the toner bottle, just before it goes into the hose to the toner pump. This also could do the trick if the toner pump is ok, the hose isn't blocked (just to be sure, vaccuum it out) and the MPC is still asking for new toner...
I just had the same problem last week. After I replaced the toner pump the machine still detect no toner. I pull the tube from the back and bang it on the floor and all the harden toner came off and ask the customer for a new black toner cartridge. the machine ran perfect since then.
