Check the settings on the birth certificate and verify that everything is as it should be.

    Re: Mpc3001 acc sheet

Have you tried to recall the factory acc settings? When doing this it only affects the copy side of acc anyway. You may also have to do manual colour calibration, mode c first and then mode a x2.Then try the maintenance acc again.Normally when settings are way out the maintenance option does not work and one is forced to use the sp mode option.Do SP2-111-003 (Mode c: rough adjustment).2. Use SP2-194-007 to check if the result of the line position adjustment is correct(0: Completed successfully, 1: Not completed). If the result is "1", refer to‘Countermeasure list for color registration errors’.3. Do SP2-111-001 (Mode a: fine adjustment twice).4. Use SP2-194-007 to check if the result of the line position adjustment is correct(0: Completed successfully, 1: Not completed). If the result is "1", refer to‘Countermeasure list for color registration errors’.5. Put some A3/DLT paper on the by-pass tray.• When you print a test pattern, use the by-pass tray to feed the paper.6. Print out test pattern "7" with SP2-109-003.7. Check the printed output with a loupe.8. If there are no color registration errors on the output, the line position adjustmentis correctly done. If not, refer to the countermeasure list for color registrationerrors.
    Press the GREEN button!!

Does it do the same when you copy in Black/White and single color? If it's happening in full color copy then check the SBU settings from the birth certificate.

    Re: Mpc3001 acc sheet

Just a FYI, my team leader has this famous saying when we ran into tough problem with a color box, "replace all suspect parts BEFORE you perform a NVRAM clear, use it as a last resort." I regret it when I first start working on a C2500 and did a CRAM without a birth certificate. The machine ended up sent back to the warehouse and it took him a few weeks to fix it.
