Discontinuation of TDC Ricoh Manuals & Updates

Hi all

for any of you Ricoh guys out there that used the Ricoh TDC Manuals and Updates, there is sad news...

As of 29/05/13 Ricoh TDC Manuals has now been discontinued so no further updates will be released. For the latest manuals and Bulletins please use https://www.my-ricoh.com/portal You will need to register to use the site, once registered you can download the latest manuals, Bulletins and much more but unfortunately only one document at a time.

The Last release of Ricoh TDC was Version 1.0.4 if you was wondering.

Tessa is now just an Archive, it is now a legacy system and the information contained within has not been updated since the 20th August 2012. TESSA will be decommissioned in the near future.
