We had replaced both feed clutches on lower deck. Turns out one was bad out of the box and causing that fuse to blow. FYI: I know why a fuse blows just wondering if anyone had seen that before. When I replace those clutches I like to do both at same time. It was not feeding from deck and first clutch was bad. I put second old clutch back in and all works. So much for new parts.

Yes, I'm sure we've all seen defective/ improperly installed parts, cause any number of issues.
However, What I personally haven't done is performed a copier service, which caused a completely unrelated problem to occur, and then posted a blanket question about what would make a random fuse blow on a power supply unit without giving ANY other information, before backtracking through the steps that I had taken to cause the problem in the first place.
