Ricoh Aficio 1045 Date of Manufacture

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I work for a company that sells copiers, but we do not sell Ricoh copiers (so I don't know much about Ricoh copiers). I was wondering if someone could tell me the date of when the Ricoh Aficio 1045 first started manufacturing? We came across one in the field and were trying to determine if it's worth taking or not. The 1045 was discontinued in April 2003, if you have not serviced Ricohs before then walk away............
