You need you specify your area (SP5807) in SSP mode.
And possibly the machines serial number as well (SP5811).

im newbie here. google lead me to this forum, and i got the same problem from thread starter about Ricoh Aficio mp 2000 Error occurred: SC:982

i checked the (C) 107(c/stop) copy sp/mode/ the area is 807 and the serial is 811. it is ok with 3 digit only? for area and serial.


i dont know if i did it right but tell me about more posible fix. thank you very much.
