Hi,

My Machine AF3045 machine shown a message " THIS SOFTWARE HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED ON ANOTHER MACHINE" after slot Printer/scanner card. What is the problem. How to solve it? please help urgent.

print scan option has been merged with another sd card on another machine ..only way around it is to un merge scan print from the machine it came from

Normally the printscan has been merged with Postscript, as Adobe cannot be merged with another SD card.

The option is called Appli Move to do what you have and Undo Exec to reverse the process.

This is done in SP mode.

First of all, BOTH the card that has the printscan sticker on AND the postscript card need to be available.

1.3.3 UNDO EXEC (C1=top slot, C3=bottom slot)
1. Turn the main switch off.
2. Put the SD card with the merged applications in C1.
3. Put the original destination SD card (the one taped to the faceplate of the
controller box) into C3.
NOTE: The SD card in C3 must be the original SD card of the application you
want to move from C1 to C3. You cannot use any blank SD card in C3.
4. Turn the main switch on.
5. Go into the SP mode and do SP5873-002 (Undo Exec)
6. Follow the messages on the operation panel to complete the procedure.
7. Turn the main switch off.
8. Remove the SD cards from the slots.
9. Turn the main switch on.

Hi Sir,

Your no 2. is printer/scanner card? and your no3. is postscript card?

The problem is my machine doesn't have postscript. I have 15 units of Af3045. All have this kind of massage. If i don't have postscript card, can i reset?

If i can get the postscript card, Can i use that postscript card for all machine

the Move exec or Appli move (as called in some manuals) is card specific, so you have to have the original card that the files were moved to/from to reverse the process with undo exec.

One card will not work with all the machines. You need the original card for each machine.

Delete all ZOFFYM files from SD card (gwinit.d and module folders)
